About the Academy
Madinat al-Hikmah is the educational and research center of NoorOS —
a place where learning returns to its Qur’anic roots and inspires conscious, ethical, and creative leaders.
Its purpose is to nurture people who:

• Use knowledge for benefit, not harm
The Academy teaches how to build one’s life, character, and contribution to society through the light of the Qur’an — not just technical skills.

Tawḥīd (Divine Oneness)
All knowledge leads to obeying the Creator — not glorifying tools or technology.
اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Allah is the Creator of all things. -Surah Az-Zumar (39:62)
Purity & Halal
Cleanliness in intention, livelihood, learning, and practice.
ِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِينَ
Indeed, Allah loves those who purify themselves.-Surah At-Tawbah (9:108)
Justice
Fair access to opportunity, dignity, and knowledge for all.
ِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ
Indeed, Allah commands justice.-Surah An-Naḥl (16:90)
Ihsān (Excellence)
Knowledge must benefit creation, not harm it.
ِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Indeed, Allah loves those who do good. Surah Al-Baqarah (2:195)
Consultation & Trust
Transparency, teamwork, shared wisdom.
وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَى بَيْنَهُمْ
And those who conduct their affairs by mutual consultation.-Surah Ash-Shūrā (42:38)

، وَسَبَبًا لِبِنَاءِ الْعَدْلِ وَالْعِلْمِ فِي الْأُمَّةِ
، وَاجْعَلْ طَلَبَ الْعِلْمِ فِيهَا عِبَادَةً
وَعَمَلَهَا خَالِصًا لِوَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيم
آمِين يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ
O Allah, make NoorOS Academy a light within the hearts,
and a means for building justice and knowledge within the Ummah.
Make seeking knowledge within it an act of worship,
and make all its work sincere for Your Noble Face.
